Pre-requisite assessment required.
This program is specifically designed for those who have progressed beyond the initial beginner stage of their gymnastics skill development. Entry into this program is by invitation only. Gymnasts are required to satisfactorily complete a skill assessment conducted by one of our Senior Coaches.

The main focus of this program is to:

Enhance physical development
Include a ‘fun and fitness’ approach to each class.
Classes are designed to further challenge the gymnast beyond the scope of the Junior Program. Gymnasts will train on a variety of different equipment set-ups throughout the term including bars, beams, rings, sprung floor, ropes, trampolines and the foam filled pit.

Assessment of skills and physical development is ongoing throughout the term
Award Certificates presented to each child at the end of the term.
The coaches will regularly monitor the progress of each gymnast.
Gymnasts will have a great opportunity to perform the skills they have learnt throughout the year when they participate in the December Display. For more information go to our December Display page
