General Gymnastics

This program is designed for beginners through to more advanced recreational gymnasts.  They will learn the core basic skills and progress to more advanced skills in a fun and positive environment.  Skills and activities are taught by our qualified coaches are based on "Dominant Movement Patterns" (DMP's) which include: sing, spring, statics, rotations, landings and locomotion.

Juniors

A Challenging Program for 5-9 year olds

Springers

Talent identification required
Advances Program for 6-9 year olds
  • 60 minute Beginner class

  • School age (6-9 Years) Girls and Boys

  • Gymnasts are required to be competent in basic gymnastics skills for entry into this program

  • Further challenge the gymnast beyond the scope of the Junior Program

  • Gymnastics Australia qualified Coaches
