MAG RESULTS

Senior Victorian Championships

The PIT boys had a great Victorian Championship.  With most boys winning a medal.  We now have 3 Victorian Champions, Aaron Thannas(PIT/HPC) (Senior), Anthony Dorrington (Level 7Open), and
Matthew Wilson (Level 5 Open). 

The Level 7 Open and Level 6 Open Teams are once again the Victorian Champion Teams for their levels.  Well done to the boys in those teams.

Level 7: Anthony Dorrington, Jeffrey Fleming and Cameron Gebel.
Level 6: Ethan McCormack, Dylan Maurer, Luke DeLeo and Erik Grabandt (PIT/HPC).

We are very proud of all the boys.

PIT Invitational

Wow what a fantastic competition we had here on the 5th & 6th June.  It started on Saturday the 5th with the Level 4-9 competing. This was a great competition with the older boys warming up for the Victorian Championships.  Sunday morning we saw Level 2 & 3 gymnasts competing, we also had a number of our Tumbler boys and Boys Squad competing in their first competition.

Trial 1 & Junior Victorian Qualifiers

Well done to all the boys who competed at this recent competition
Good luck to the Level 2 and 3 boys who qualified for the Junior Victorian Championships which will be held on the 22nd and 23rd May.

BTYC Invitational

The MG Gymnasts competed at the BTYC Invitational on the 24/15th April with some fantastic results.  Well done to all the boys and their coaches.

HPC Invitational

Congratulations to all the MG Gymnasts who competed at the High Performance Centre's Invitational on the 17/18th April.  They all did well and there were some outstanding results.  Well done to the boys who passed their Level Test Award.

CYC Invitational

The MG PIT gymnasts travelled down to Cheltenham to compete in the Cheltenham Youth Club Invitational.  The boys had some great results.  Congratulations to all the boys who passed their Level Award Test.

WAG RESULTS

Level 1-3 Judges Invite June 18/19

What a fantast start to the competition season for all the Level 1-3 WG Gymnasts.  Well done everyone.

State 4 and National Level 4B Victorian Qualifiers

Congratulations to the the Level 4's who competed in the Victorian Qualifiers at Waverley on 17th and 18th October. The girls had a great competition and gained good results against some tough competition. The top 32 girls who qualified for Victorian Finals will compete at the Geelong Arena on the 7th November.
 
National Level 4B: Monica Gorgievski placed 12th overall and qualified for the Victorian Finals.
 
State Level 4: Claudia Perri placed 15th overall and qualified for the Victorian Finals.

Level 6-10 Qualifiers

The Level 6-10 Qualifiers were held on the 10th and 11th October at the Maffra Gymnastics Club. The girls competed really well against tough competition.

State Level 6: Kristina Gorgiveski qualified 1st overall and will compete in the State Finals.

State Level 7: Sarah Wane qualified 29th Overall and will compete in the State Finals.
State Level 10: Jade Guerin Qualified 20th Overall and will compete in the State Finals.

MLC Invitational Level 4-10

The MLC Invitational held on the last weekend of the holidays also produced some fantastic results for the girls. (More detailed results can be found on MLC's website)

Felecia Galanis State Level 5: 2nd Overall
Kristina Gorgievski State Level 6: 1st Overall

Waverley Invitational Level 4-10

The girls  had an excellent competition and they had great results.

Judges Invitational Level 4-10

All the girls got off to a successful start to the competition season, with all of them passing their LAT.
 

Level 1-3 State Pennant Qualifiers

All the WAG Level 1-3 Gymnasts competed their best but unfortunately, all of the teams just missed out on qualifying for the finals.
Level 1B: 4th Overall
Level 2B BLUE: 4th Overall
Level 2B WHITE: 6th Overall
Level 2B PINK: 13th Overall
Level 3B BLUE: 7th Overall
Level 3B WHITE: 9th Overall
 
Well Done to all the girls for having such a successful competition season. Congratulations to Kathryn, Lucy, Tiana and Stacey for coaching the girls to be their best. Thank you also to the judges, without them the girls would not be able to compete.

ACRO RESULTS

Winter Classic 2009

Congratulations to the Acrobats who competed at the Winter Classic on Sunday 12th July.

Nations Championships

Four Gymnasts from PIT Gymnastics represented Victoria at the Sports Acrobatics National Championships in Canberra in December 2008.

Well done to Dayne Halliday and Caitlin Dagher Mixed Level 5 Pair and Blake Treble and Anthony Dorrington Men's Level 7 Pair.
